Resetting Your Account Password

If you’ve forgotten your password or are having trouble signing in, you can easily reset it by following these steps:

1. Go to the Login Page:
   Visit the login page for your account. Below the password field, click “Forgot Password?”

2. Enter Your Email Address:
   Type in the email address associated with your account and click “Submit.”

   • Make sure you enter the same email you used when registering your account.

   • If you’re unsure which email you used, check your inboxes for previous messages from us.

3. Check Your Email:
   You’ll receive a password reset link in your inbox. The subject line will read:
   “Password Reset Request”

   • If you don’t see it, check your spam or junk folder.

   • The link will expire in 24 hours for security reasons.

4. Create a New Password:
   Click the link in the email and enter a new password that meets the following requirements:

   • At least 8 characters long

   • Includes both letters and numbers

   • Contains at least one special character (e.g., !, @, #, $)

5. Confirm and Log In:
   After saving your new password, return to the login page and sign in using your updated credentials.
