Resetting Your Account Password
Learn how to securely reset your password if you can’t access your account.
If you’ve forgotten your password or are having trouble signing in, you can easily reset it by following these steps:

Go to the Login Page:
Visit the login page for your account. Below the password field, click “Forgot Password?” -
Enter Your Email Address:
Type in the email address associated with your account and click “Submit.”-
Make sure you enter the same email you used when registering your account.

If you’re unsure which email you used, check your inboxes for previous messages from us.

Check Your Email:
You’ll receive a password reset link in your inbox. The subject line will read:
“Password Reset Request”-
If you don’t see it, check your spam or junk folder.

The link will expire in 24 hours for security reasons.

Create a New Password:
Click the link in the email and enter a new password that meets the following requirements:-
At least 8 characters long

Includes both letters and numbers

Contains at least one special character (e.g., !, @, #, $)

Confirm and Log In:
After saving your new password, return to the login page and sign in using your updated credentials.
